We would like to let you know about our proposals to transfer all NPI Limited (NPIL) and certain National Provident Life Limited (NPLL) policies to Phoenix Life Limited (Phoenix Life). The changes are proposed by the Phoenix Group of companies of which NPIL, NPLL and Phoenix Life are part.
We will have written to policyholders included in the transfer to let them know how they are affected.
If the transfer goes ahead, you will start to see the new Phoenix Life branding on any letters or documents we send you, although this will not happen immediately.

9 February 2012: The UK High Court hearing that was expected to take place on 10 February 2012 has been postponed. We will also be seeking adjournments of the court hearings in Jersey and Guernsey. We will provide revised dates for each of the court hearings on this website as soon as they are available.
