On 28 March 2012, the High Court approved the transfer of NPI Limited (NPIL) policies that were formerly with Pearl Assurance (Unit Linked Pensions) Limited and Pearl Assurance (Unit Funds) Limited to Phoenix Life Limited (Phoenix Life).

If you are a customer with a policy which transferred on 31 March 2012 you will start to see the Phoenix Life branding on letters or documents we send you, although this will not happen immediately.

All of the above companies are part of the larger Phoenix Group, which is the largest UK consolidator of closed life assurance funds with more than 6 million policyholders and £72.1 billion of assets under management. You can read more about the Group on its website at www.thephoenixgroup.com.

Information relating to your policy will be available on the www.phoenixlife.co.uk website later in the year. Until then though, please continue to use this website.
