Thank you for choosing to use our website to cash in your policy. In order to make sure that you get the correct information, we need to know what type of policy you wish to cash in.

If you have an Industrial Branch (IB) policy, you will need to use the information in the IB section.

If you have an Ordinary Branch (OB) or Individual Savings Account (ISA) policy, you will need to use the information in the OB/ISA section.

If you are unsure which type of policy you have, please provide your policy number and payment method below and we will tell you which policy type you have. You can find your policy number on your policy schedule or on correspondence from us.
